What delivery options are available?

How can I track my order?

You can get up-to-the-minute tracking on your order by clicking here. In addition, watch your inbox for shipping update emails as your order is on its way to you!

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order ships, its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. However, we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible! 

When will my order ship?

If your order is placed before 2pm EST, it will be shipped the same day. If it is placed after 2pm EST, it will be shipped the next business day.

Returns & Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled. 

What is your return & refund policy?

Thanks for shopping at Livewell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered with tags and in its original packaging.

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Final sales
  • Gift cards
  • Custom made products
  • Altered jewelry (modified in any way) 
  • Gifts with purchase

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and inspect it. Once inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Product & Care

Are different sizes available than those listed in the online store?

If you do not see your ring size listed for a ring you like or you have a question about the size of a cuff, please contact us at hiya@livewell.design so we can get you what you need. In the meantime, If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size.

What is the best way to care for my Livewell jewelry?

Livewell jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed every day. We do not recommend the use of chemicals, commercial cleaners, or polishing cloths, as they can alter the finish of your jewelry, but do recommend a soft cloth. We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before bathing or swimming. Finishes wear naturally over time and we are happy to refinish your piece at no charge. Simply ship the jewelry to us and we will send it back to you in two weeks. Stones are known to fall out from time to time. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we are happy to replace and reset at cost. Livewell stands 100% behind the craftsmanship and quality of its jewelry.
